He was the winner of the Metroghan Competition in
Sydney in 1996, a competition run over 12 months with approximately 1 show chosen at
random per month where points can be scored. He was a Specialty Best-In-Show winner,
having taken Top Honours at the Queensland Specialty in 1996 when it was judged by UK breed specialist Hilary
Harcourt-Brown. Scooter was also a multiple Best-In-Group, and an All-Breeds Best-In-Show
winner.
